About us

We’re three best friends in our 30’s who met in the mountains of Breckenridge, Colorado. What started as casual hikes, days at the rock climbing crag and shared adventures quickly turned into something more: a powerful connection and a shared vision to create experiences that inspire growth, exploration, and inner peace.

Our retreats are born from our passion for travel, movement, and mindful living. Whether we’re deep in the forest, standing at the top of a mountain peak, or meditating beside the ocean, we believe in the power of nature and yoga to reconnect us with what truly matters.

We’re not just here to guide you through poses or lead you down a trail- we’re here to walk beside you as you challenge your limits, move your body, and take charge of your life. Each retreat is thoughtfully designed to nourish your spirit, spark your curiosity, and support your journey toward becoming the best version of you.

If you’re craving connection, adventure, and a chance to change the way you think, we invite you to join us. Let’s explore ways to absolutely fall in love with this life.

    Kayla Aitken - Activities Coordinator

I’m originally from Ohio but have been in CO for about twelve years now, and as simply as I can say, the mountains have changed my life. I’m the kind of person who feels most alive on a mountain summit watching the sunrise (after a mental battle to leave the comfort of my bed/ sleeping bag to get there). While I am a creature of comfort I find myself chasing challenge in attempt to push my limitations, mentally and physically. Whether its climbing big mountains, sending out on winter and summer backcountry missions, exploring hidden corners of the world, I’m always chasing that feeling of awe that nature gives so freely.

Jess Race - Yoga & Breathwork

I teach yoga because I love the way it makes people feel—stronger, softer, more connected, both inside and out. My practice has always been deeply personal, and through it I’ve learned just as much about my shadows as I have about my light. Yoga continues to teach me that we are far more alike than we are different. We all experience joy, pain, growth, fear, love, and transformation, and I believe there is real healing in remembering that we are not alone in any of it.

I teach with the intention of sharing what I’ve learned through lived experience, creating a space where people can move, breathe, challenge themselves, soften, and simply be human. I deeply believe in the transformative power of stepping outside of your comfort zone—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Growth rarely happens in the places that feel familiar, and some of the most powerful moments in both yoga and life come when we lean into discomfort with curiosity instead of fear. Some days call for gentleness, some for strength, and I love helping students explore both.

Whether I’m teaching or taking class, yoga constantly reminds me that there is always something new to learn. My classes emphasize presence, positivity, confidence, resilience, and self-love—on and off the mat. More than anything, I hope students leave feeling grounded, empowered, and a little more connected to themselves and the world around them. I’m grateful to share this practice and truly look forward to practicing together.

    Dani Lovell - Photography/ Videography

Before calling the mountains of Breckenridge home, I was raised in North Carolina and spent time living in Maui—an island and community, that sparked a lasting love for nature, adventure, and connection.

These days, I’m living for all the seasons and fun sports the mountains bring, and chasing new travel experiences wherever they lead. My passion for photography is a way for me to slow down, stay present, and capture the feeling of people and places that leave a mark on my heart.
